Steps For UPI Registration

  • At the very first step, you have to visit the play store or app store and require to download any UPI application.
  • After downloading the suitable application to have to open it
  • Thereafter you have to register for the same by entering the mobile number, name, virtual ID, and password.
  • Now you have to provide the bank account details and have to enter the bank account number and other required details.
  • After completing the said step, you have to set the UPI password (06 digits); you also have to confirm the same.
  • Now you have to set an MPIN for that process you have to enter the last six digits of your ATM card and also require to enter further details like expiry date.
  • After that one-time password is generated, the password will be sent to your mobile number registered with your bank.
  • You have to enter the one-time password (OTP) and have to set the MPIN.
  • Finally, the process has been completed you can receive and transfer the money via online mode.

Procedure To Transfer Money Via UPI

  • Open the Unified Payments Interface application.
  • After opening the application, you have to go towards the Send/Pay option.
  • Now you have to select the beneficiary number or account number.
  • Thereafter enter the amount which you want to transfer.
  • If you have more than 01 accounts linked with UPI, then you are required to select the suitable one to perform the transaction.
  • Finally, confirm the amount you want to transfer and enter the UPI password.
  • At last, your payment will be made, and you will get the receipt for the same.

Procedure To Receive Money Via UPI
  • Open the Unified Payments Interface application.
  • Now you have to go towards the Request Money option.
  • Enter the mobile number or VPA from which you want to request the money.
  • Enter the requested amount.
  • Finally, your request for the money will be received by the payer.
